Rental PROCESS

Please treat my gowns as if you are borrowing from a friend.

I want the dresses to stand the test of time and provide joy to many future clients. I need your help in doing that!

Reserving A GOWN

1. Browse our Gown Collection and decide on the perfect dress for your vision. Fill out our Contact Form.

2. I'll confirm the gown's availability and send you the client intake form with the rental agreement to review and sign.

3. Once the form is completed, you will be sent an invoice via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Square (credit/debit card).

4. After the invoice is paid, you are officially booked!

SHIPPED RENTAL

Shipped Gowns will arrive 1-2 business days (many times sooner) before your photoshoot. Save the box the dress arrives in!

LOCAL RENTAL

Once your invoice is paid, we will coordinate pick up and drop off times for your rental period.

Pick up/drop off location for local rentals is in South Tampa.

Returning THE GOWN

LOCAL RENTAL

Return the gown 1-2 days after your photoshoot (unless we discussed a later return date). Dress drop off is also in South Tampa.

SHIPPED RENTALS

A return shipping label is included in your box for easy returns. Clean the gown (see details below) and mail the gown back once dry. (No later than 2 days following your shoot).

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Spot treat any stains or dark spots before handwashing. For spot treating: In a bowl mix laundry detergent with a little of water. Use a washcloth or unused toothbrush to treat the stain.

Handwashing instructions:

*If you use any cleaning chemicals that contain bleach to clean your tub, make sure it is rinsed well!

Rinse all the dirt off the bottom of the dress. Then fill the tub with water and laundry detergent. If heavily soiled, soak overnight and continue hand washing in the morning (It helps to rub the fabric together to get stains out).
Once handwashing is complete, drain tub. Fill up with water and swish the gown around to help remove soap. (Depending on how much detergent you used, you may need an additional drain and rinse).
After the water is drained from the tub, gently squeeze water out of the dress and use 1-2 towels to remove extra water. Hang dry for a minimum of 24 hrs before shipping.

Typical Timeline:

Day 1 (Photoshoot Day)

After the shoot, spot treat, handwash, and hang to dry (or soak overnight if heavily soiled)

Day 2 (Finish Cleaning & Begin/Continue Air Drying)

Air dry or finish handwashing in morning (if soaked overnight) and air dry.

Day 3 (Ship)

Ship when dress is FULLY DRY.

If day 3 falls on a Sunday (no mail service). Ship Monday morning.
